Here here! I HATED peas growing up, but then again, they always came from a can or the freezer. Then I had some barely cooked, really young (and therefore not starchy) peas in something at a media dinner. I had to eat them, didn&#039;t want to look uncouth and I&#039;m sure the surprise on my face showed. OH! That is what these are about....
There are only a few things in life like that that really surprise you. Mostly for good, less often for evil. The former, peas come to mind. The later, the publishing industry. But that is a whole nother story, ain&#039;t it?
